About The Virginia Divorce Center

The Virginia Divorce Center was established in order to simplify and expedite the divorce process between cooperative parties. Our attorneys specialize in uncontested divorces and focus on completing divorce cases quickly. We prepare Separation and Property Settlement Agreements for our clients to establish the division of assets and debts between the parties, as well as custody, child support, spousal support, and any other important matters associated with the divorce process. We are committed to simplifying and improving upon the process of divorce so that it can be quick and easily accessible to more people.

About Our Clientele

Our clients live throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia, as well as in other states and countries. Many of our clients are members of the U.S. Armed Forces and their spouses.

If you are interested in an uncontested divorce in Virginia, one or more of the parties must be:

  • A resident of Virginia; or
  • A member of the United States Armed Forces stationed in Virginia; or
  • A member of the United States Armed Forced previously stationed in Virginia before being sent abroad; or
  • A member of the United States Armed Forces stationed on a ship whose home port is located in Virginia

Attorney Michael Ephraim

Michael Ephraim has been practicing law since 1991. Before practicing divorce law, he was an associate attorney in a law firm in Washington, D.C.   For several years Mr. Ephraim served as appointed counsel in child abuse and neglect cases in the Family Court section of the D.C. Superior Court, representing children and their caretakers to improve the lives of children that had come into the legal system. He is licensed to practice law in Virginia.

Mr. Ephraim opened the Law Office of Michael Ephraim in 1992. For over 25 years, he has focused his practice of divorce law. Mr. Ephraim continues to innovate and streamline the divorce process to make fast and affordable divorces available to as many people as possible.

Mr. Ephraim is fluent in Spanish. He lives with his wife, children, and his rescue dog in Annandale, Virginia.

Attorney David Grey

David Grey

David Grey focuses his practice exclusively on uncontested divorce, working with cooperative parties who want to resolve their financial matters in an amicable manner and move on with their lives.  He has been practicing divorce law in Virginia for over 8 years. He is licensed to practice law in Virginia.

Mr. Grey’s cases often involve the division of marital assets and debts, real property, child support, custody, spousal support, and various types of financial accounts. Mr. Grey works diligently to protect his client’s interests and to facilitate a fast divorce.

 

Before entering the legal field, Mr. Grey worked with at-risk youth in New England, teaching life skills and job skills, helping young people transition to independent living.

In law school Mr. Grey worked with the HIV-Aids law consortium, a non-profit group dedicated to providing legal services for individuals with chronic or terminal illnesses.

He also volunteered with the Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) program, gathering information from and about children in foster care to make recommendations about future placement of the children.
